Shipping
At IGL Coatings Canada, we have made shipping as easy as possible for you. All orders within Canada totaling up to $499.99 will be charged regular shipping at a flat rate of $15.00 plus tax. All orders $500.00 and over will receive free shipping within Canada. Additional charges apply to the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Orders received before noon Eastern time Monday to Friday are shipped same day. Orders received after noon Eastern time or on weekends and holidays are shipped on the next business day. Expedited services are available on request and at an additional charge based on the individual order. For expedited service, after placing your order online email [email protected] to request a quote, we cannot ship expedited without your acceptance of the associated costs confirmed via the email reply with the quote included.
Returns
If you feel the product you received is in error or defective in anyway, please contact prior to returning. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All products must be returned in their original packaging and fully sealed. Applicable refunds or exchanges are processed after the products have returned to the warehouse and been inspected by IGL Coatings Canada. Product costs only can be refunded, shipping charges cannot be refunded. A re-stocking fee equal to 15% of the product cost will also be assessed.
