Role & Resposibilities:

• Collaborate with managers to understand their objectives, target audience, and brand identity.

• Ideation and concept development, lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and unique ideas.

Job Requirements:

• Must have : Proficiency in relevant software which is AI,PS & ID. Photography & Videography is a valuable advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a creative role. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns across various mediums (print, digital, social media etc.).
• Proficient in using creative software and tools (AI,PS & ID, etc.).

Logistics

Role & Resposibilities:

• Handling all Import and Export logisticduties
• Liaising with authorities for all import and export documentations.
• Arranging and ensuring logistic arrangements are in order and meeting delivery due dates.
• Liaising with courier and logistic companies for sea and air freight.
• Handling materials purchase and monitoring supplier delivery.
• Handling billing and customer service.
• Keeping track of inventories.
• Assisting in ISO implementation and execution.
• Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• Preferably, a minimum of 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a chemical logistics and warehouse environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills and meticulous.
• Required skills: Computer literacy, proactive in resolving issues, strong sense of urgency, result-oriented, ability to work independently, positive attitude, good team player, excellent communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in a third language would be an added advantage.
• Preferably candidates who are able to start immediately.

Role & Resposibilities:

• Setting up and operating various Automated Packaging Machines such as Filling Machines, Capping Machines, Labelling Machines, Shrink Wrap Machines, Heat Oven Machines, and Mixers.
• Ensuring equipment is maintained in optimal working condition by conducting regular inspections, cleaning, servicing, and performing routine and preventative maintenance to minimize breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
• Assisting in calculating OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) scores monthly for all Production Machines.
• Promptly responding to breakdowns by investigating root causes and troubleshooting issues while adhering to Safety Protocols.
• Surveying buildings and repairing mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Performing maintenance on electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing circuit breakers, etc.
• Conducting manual repairs as needed, such as fixing locks, repairing windows, installing blinds, replacing water taps, etc.
• Supporting the Maintenance Executive in their daily tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant technical knowledge in the field.
• Capable of working both in a team and independently.
• Understanding of safety procedures is an advantage.

Marketing

Tanggungjawab:

• Melaksanakan tugas operasi harian seperti mencuci motosikal, mengilat, dan tugas yang berkaitan.
• Memberikan perkhidmatan mencuci motosikal yang terbaik kepada pelanggan.
• Mempunyai kebolehan untuk mengendalikan peralatan pembersihan motosikal dengan baik.
• Berkebolehan untuk memberikan penyelesaian kepada pelanggan, sekiranya diperlukan.
• Menjalankan sebarang tugasan yang diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan.

Kelayakan:

• Berumur 18 tahun ke atas.
• Warganegara Malaysia.
• Waktu bekerja dari Isnin hingga Jumaat (9 pagi hingga 6 petang), dan Sabtu (9 pagi hingga 1 petang).
• Boleh bekerja di kawasan Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya (The Gasket Alley).
• Tempoh perkerjaan adalah kontrak 3 bulan (akan diperbaharui dari semasa ke semasa).
• Pengalaman dalam pembersihan motosikal adalah satu kelebihan.
• Kemahiran berkomunikasi yang baik dan memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang baik.
• Memiliki kekuatan fizikal dan keupayaan untuk mengangkat atau menggerakkan motosikal, jika diperlukan.

Tanggungjawab:

• Menjalankan resit penerimaan barang (menerima & memeriksa bahan).
• Mengeluarkan stok dari inventori.
• Melakukan pengambilan stok (semakan inventori fizikal).
• Melakukan penghantaran barang mengikut keperluan.
• Melaksanakan aktiviti kiraan stok bulanan.
• Melaporkan status operasi dan penyesuaian stok seperti yang diperlukan.
• Menjaga rekod pergerakan semua bahan (bahan mentah, pembungkusan, & inventori lain).
• Menyelenggara dokumen yang terkini dan tepat untuk semua proses operasi.
• Mengekalkan standard 5S pengemasan di kawasan kerja.
• Memastikan semua aktiviti operasi dijalankan mengikut standard operasi.

Kelayakan:

• Memiliki lesen memandu yang sah.
• Berkeupayaan untuk mengendalikan forklift/trak capai (memiliki lesen yang sah adalah kelebihan).
• Memiliki pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun dalam kapasiti yang sama. Pengalaman dalam gudang/menjaga stor adalah diutamakan.
• Kemahiran berbahasa: Bahasa Melayu. Kemahiran asas berbahasa Inggeris adalah kelebihan yang baik.
